Seven Smith, 21 y/o, of Southampton, NY, was arrested on 3/8/26 and charged with Driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Mr. Smith was stopped for traffic violations on East Montauk Hwy in Hampton Bays. An investigation revealed he had been operating his vehicle in an intoxicate condition. He was processed at police headquarters and held for morning arraignment.

Juan C. Sanchez, 41 y/o, of Brookhaven, NY, was arrested on 3/8/26 and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Mr. Sanchez was found unconscious in a running vehicle that was in the lane of travel on CR104 in Flanders. An investigation revealed that he had been operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He was processed at police headquarters and held for morning arraignment.
