Brandon J. Castaldo, 26, of Hampton Bays, NY, was arrested on 3/9/26 and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Mr. Castaldo was stopped for a traffic violation on East Montauk Hwy in Hampton Bays. An investigation revealed that he had been operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He was processed at police headquarters and held for morning arraignment.
