On 04/01/26 at about 6:04pm Town Police were dispatched to 39 W Montauk Hwy, Hampon Bays for a dispute. Upon arrival it was reported to responding officers that a verbal dispute had occurred in the parking lot at that location, culminating in a subject displaying a knife at another as he was attempting to drive away. Officers canvassed the area and located MICHAEL MUESCH-GAMBINO, age 35 of Hampton Bays who'd left the scene on a bicycle. Following an investigation Muesch-Gambino was arrested for Menacing 2nd (misdemeanor) and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd (felony). He was taken to police HQ for processing and held for arraignment.
