Details:

On Sunday, March 29th, 2026 at about 12:03 AM, a vehicle was stopped by Southampton Town Police for multiple traffic violations on East Montauk Hwy in Hampton Bays. Upon further investigation the driver, Raul AmadorMagdaleno, age 36 of Southampton, NY, was found to be operating while intoxicated by alcohol. Mr. AmadorMagdaleno, was arrested and transported to Southampton Town Police Headquarters for arrest processing. He was charged with two count of Driving while Intoxicated (misdemeanors) and multiple violations of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. Mr. AmadorMagdaleno was held overnight to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court for morning arraignment.
