On Friday February 13th, 2026 at about 9:48 PM, the Southampton Town Police report the arrest of David Gibbons age 50 who is undomiciled in Hampton Bays, N.Y. The Southampton Town Police Responded to the area of 53 W. Montauk Hwy in Hampton Bays at the request of David Gibbons who telephoned the police and requested to turn himself in upon learning there was an active warrant for his arrest. Upon police arrival, Mr. Gibbons was arrested and transported to the Southampton Town Police Department HQ for arrest processing and was held to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court at morning arraignment.
