On Sunday, April 5th, 2026, at approximately 4:27 A.M. a vehicle was observed traveling in the area of East Montauk Highway and Squiretown Road in Hampton Bays, New York, failing to use its designated lane, and speeding. A Southampton Town Police officer stopped the vehicle, and upon further investigation, the driver, identified as Andrea Josmary Mena Ochoa, age 24, of Greenport, New York, was found to be operating the motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
Mrs. Mena Ochoa was arrested and transported to Southampton Town Police Headquarters for processing. She was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (misdemeanor), and other vehicle and traffic law offenses.
