Details:  On Sunday, 3/15/26 at approximately 8:12 PM Southampton Town Police received a 911 call of a vehicle striking a pedestrian on Lewis Road near CR 104 in East Quogue and leaving the scene. Southampton Town Police Patrol Officers, Detectives and East Quogue EMS responded to the scene. The pedestrian was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital via SCPD Helicopter for treatment of injuries sustained in the incident. Anyone who may have witnessed this incident or has additional information is asked to contact the Southampton Town Police Department Detective Division at 631-702-2230 or 631-728-3400.
