On Wednesday, January 28th, 2026, the Southampton Town Police announce the arrest of Manuel Chillogallisuqui, 47, of East Hampton, NY. Mr. Chillogallisuqui was involved in a reportable motor vehicle accident at approximately 9:35 am, in the Hamlet of Bridgehampton. An investigation revealed that he was operating his vehicle while intoxicated.

 

Mr. Chillogallisuqui was charged with Driving While Intoxicated with priors, a felony, operating without a required interlock device, a misdemeanor, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation Second Degree, also a misdemeanor. He was processed at Southampton Town HQ and held for morning arraignment.
