On Sunday, January 4th, 2026, at about 9:17pm the Southampton Town Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction. Upon interviewing the driver, Donald Feinberg, 46 years old of Jamesport , NY, and further investigation Mr Feinberg had a parole warrant and was in possession of an illegal narcotic. Mr. Feinberg was arrested and transported to Southampton Town Police Headquarters for processing where he was held for his Parole warrant.

Mr. Feinberg was charged with Criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.
