Communications division is overseen by Captain Howard Kalb and Public Safety Dispatcher III Bernard Mulligan.
The division is comprised of three Public Safety Dispatcher Supervisors and nineteen Public Safety Dispatchers that handle over 45,000 emergency calls a year. They are the first of the first responders ensuring that the community of Southampton Town remain safe.
