On February 14th, 2026, Southampton Town Police announce the following arrests:

Darwin TIWIMITIAP, age 25, of Hampton Bays, was stopped for a traffic infraction on East Montauk Hwy in Hampton Bays. An investigation revealed Mr. Tiwimitiap to have been operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He was arrested and transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters for processing then held for morning arraignment. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor and several traffic violations.

Bryan YANEZ, age 35, of Middle Village, New York, was stopped for multiple traffic infractions on Montauk Highway in Sagaponack. An investigation revealed Mr. Yanez to have been operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He was arrested and transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters for processing then held for morning arraignment. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor and several traffic violations.

Ian OZTURK, age 40, of Montauk, New York, was found to be asleep in his motor vehicle blocking traffic. Upon investigation it was revealed that Mr. Ozturk was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He was arrested and transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters for processing then held for morning arraignment. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor and several traffic violations.

On February 13th, 2026, the Southampton Town Police report that David GIBBONS, age 50, of Hampton Bays, was arrested for a bench warrant at a business on Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays for failing to appear in court for a prior trespass. He was arrested and transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters and held for morning arraignment.
