DWI ARREST CC# ST26003916

On January 23rd, 2026, at about 9:53 PM, The Southampton Town Police stopped a vehicle for disobeying a stop sign and failing to maintain lane of travel, located at Hedges Lane and Sagaponack Main Street, Sagaponack. Investigation reveals that LUIS F. DOMINGUEZ-MONTESDEOCA, age 30, from Mastic Beach was found to be operating the involved vehicle in an intoxicated condition.  DOMINGUEZ-MONTESDEOCA was subsequently arrested for AGGRAVATED DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED (misdemeanor) and was transported to Southampton Town Police Headquarters where he was processed and held for morning arraignment.
