Details:
On Friday December 26th, 2025 at about 9:06 AM, the Southampton Town Police Department report the arrest of Marvin Orlando Cojon Petet age 30 of Riverside NY. At around 8:32 AM, Mr Cojon Petet was observed operating a motor vehicle in a westbound direction on Flanders Rd in the area of CR105 with no passenger side front tire affixed to the rim. Mr Cojon Petet was subsequently stopped and questioned. Upon interview, Mr. Cojon Petet was found to be in an intoxicated condition. Mr Cojon Petet was arrested and transported to the Southampton Town Police Department HQ for arrest processing and was held to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court for Morning arraignment. Marvin Orlando Cojon Petet was charged with Driving while Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, and several violations of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.
