On Monday, December 15, 2025, at approximately 11:26 p.m., a vehicle was observed traveling south on St. Andrews Road near Nicholas Court, Southampton, New York, following a vehicle too closely. A Southampton Town Police Officer stopped the vehicle, and upon further investigation, the driver, identified as Felipe Pixtun-Suret, age 34, of Southampton, New York, was found to be operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated.
Mr. Pixtun-Suret was arrested and transported to Southampton Town Police Headquarters for processing. He was charged with 2 counts of Driving While Intoxicated (misdemeanor), along with other traffic law violations.
Mr. Pixtun-Suret was held overnight and is scheduled to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court for morning arraignment.
