History
Originally a shipyard, this picturesque 68-slip marina situated on the North Sea Harbor was part of a five-acre parcel purchased by the Town of Southampton in January 2003, with Community Preservation Funds. The notable three-story Conscience Point Inn, located on the property, is currently being assessed for renovations.
Features
24 floating dock slips, 44 bulkheaded slips with electric, full-time dock master, gas and diesel pumps and restrooms with showers. Winter storage is available in the form of 10 in-water slips and space for 35 dry-dock boats
