Introduction to Fall Girls Sports

Learn the basics and fundamentals of soccer and field hockey. The sports will be broken up into four weeks each. All class will be taught by former collegiate athletes. All equipment will be provided. Older girls will learn more individual based skill and game preparation.

This clinic led by college & high school coaches is designed so players can focus on their own lacrosse skills allowing coaches to give personal instruction to adjust even the most advanced player. Each clinic will focus on fundamental skills, defensive footwork/positioning, cutting, shooting, dodging and draw controls; goalie instruction will be given everyday. Bring Lacrosse stick, goggles and mouthpiece.

Touch a Truck is a fun and educational event that will provide children with a hands-on opportunity to see, touch and explore heavy machinery and meet the people who build, protect and serve our community. Explore trucks from the Hampton Bays Fire & Police Departments, Ambulance, Parks Department and many more.

In a faraway world with castles, kings and an Evil Ice Sorceress, two brave villagers take a daring journey to release the dragons and save the entire kingdom. Join us as we learn about dry ice and the changing states of matter through this tale. This story features interactive and explosive experiments with dry ice, fog, bubbles, flying rockets and more. Sciencetellers combines storytelling & exciting science experiments into a theatrical learning experience.

7:00 p.m. - Bus promptly departs from our Manhattan bus stop, 53rd Street between 5th and 6th Avenue
Fee: Residents $30 Non-Residents $40

We will make three drop offs in the morning, traffic permitting, Macy’s, TKTS Booth and the Museum of Natural History. Spend the day in New York City, take in a Broadway show, visit a museum, go shopping or see the holiday displays throughout the city.
