Please click the link below to urge Governor Kathy Hochul to sign Bill A.6890/S.6189 which will require LIPA to change the CCA Tariff so that Long Islanders can enjoy the same benefits under CCA (like Community Solar) as other NY State residents living outside the LIPA Service Area. This Bill was introduced by Assemblyman Fred Thiele at our request. Its on the Governor’s desk with an expiration date of December 21st.
