Reconstruction work continues in Bridgehampton this week. This time the sidewalk brickwork on the north side of Montauk Highway near its intersection with the Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike will be rebuilt.
This work will entail removal and resetting of portions of the existing brickwork between the turnpike and the Hampton Library. It is expected this work may take several days. While the brickwork reconstruction is underway, access along this portion of the sidewalk may be limited at times; pedestrians are asked to use caution when walking in this area.
