Southampton Town Beaches are closed to swimming due to expected dangerous conditions-Tues. Aug. 4th  

Beaches are closed as the National Weather Service predicts swells of up to 10ft. and wind gusts of up to 70mph. due to Tropical Storm Isaias.  The National Weather Service predicts a dangerous rip current threat that will affect all Atlantic Ocean beaches.

“No swimming” signage will be posted at beaches and guards will be on duty until 1:30pm for monitoring purposes.  Town of Southampton residents and visitors are advised to adhere to all signage and instructions for their own safety.
