While Town Hall and the Town Clerk’s Office remain closed to the public under the current State of Emergency the submissions received by the Town Clerk for Active Public Hearings have been made available for public review on the Town Clerk Meeting Portal. This is the link to Meeting Portal is http://southamptonny.iqm2.com/citizens/default.aspx . As long as our office remains closed, comments entered into the record of Active Public Hearings will be made available on the “Minutes” tab beginning with the March 24, 2020 meeting.
Correspondence for distribution to the Town Board or comments to be entered into the record of active public hearings may be submitted by email at any time to TownClerk@southamptontownny.gov. Please submit Comments for the Public Portion of the upcoming April 14, 2020, 1:00pm Town Board Meeting to the same email by 12:00pm on April 14, 2020.
