The office of Housing and Community Services is to enhance and to create affordable housing opportunities throughout the Town of Southampton and to administer and initiate programs that help achieve that goal. It also oversees the Senior Services, Youth Bureau and Community Services. The Office of Housing and Community Development will administer the requirements of Chapter 216 of the Town Code as well overseeing and coordinating affordable housing programs and community development activities, including senior, youth and community services activities.
